Kosher, vegetarian, healthy and organic... As a chef, I am inspired by the plant kingdom. I believe they have the most interesting, complex, and amazing flavors. They can be prepared and enjoyed in so many creative and satisfying ways. Having the knowledge to recognize the greatest products and letting the ingredients shine for what they are is more important than the ability to change the products and manipulate them: I cook as simple, clean, natural and healthy as I can!

Most of my experience is in the fine dining and I've worked as a cook and a chef for more than ten years. I spent time in some of New York's best kitchens (per-se, daniel, alain ducasse....) and created concepts and took the helm at successful restaurants. I have nutritional education and a lot of knowledge regarding kosher cooking!
