I have been a pastry chef for most of my time but do a lot of Italian and/or fine dinning type cooking as well.

I am a young experienced chef who was brought up in fine dining farm to table changing menu restaurants. I have done every positions in the restaurant and can work them well. But my main passion is cooking as I have always wanted to own my restaurant so this seems right up my ally.
