Experience
I took on my Italian grandmother's passion for tasty and healthy food. After teaching me a few things, I moved to Italy to learn more. There, I met a health master rooted in classic tradition with profound vision of health & well-being. Over 10 years I studied with him, volunteered in his kitchen, and practiced in Florence organizing regular dinner - house concerts. While living in Amsterdam and England, my food horizons expanded into high raw foods. I immersed myself in raw food culture for 5 years, eating high raw, taking many courses and meeting the pioneers in the filed while throwing and working at hi-vibe sober raw parties, juice bars, and dinners. I've studied and practiced what I learned for 20+ years now. I'm excited to share what I know and give you a taste of this scrumptious healthy food.
