I cook from locally source produce and from a variety of cuisines including, Israeli, Italian, French, New American, Japanese, Thai and Chinese. My cooking style is very clean and is much healthier than what you would get at a restaurant
Experience
I The Culinary Institute of America, where I graduated with an associates in Applied Food Studies. In between my formal culinary training I have worked in many different establishments. I started out working in small restaurants making fresh pasta and working on the appetizers station. Then became a line cook at Harvest on Hudson where we could serve up to 500 people on a weekend. From there I worked large catering events and continue working in high production fast paced kitchen.
