I like to make everything that my customer, I’m sure going to love. I am french so of course i ;love french cuisine, the recipes i get from my mother and aunt are my base, but I’ve learned many different types of cuisine like sushi, Vietnamese, Caribbean, North American and also i went learn one of my guilty pleasure the tacos in Mexico.

I’ve started culinary school at 14 years old, then moving to different place to learn techniques and skills. I went to Michelin star restaurant like Louis XV at Monaco, Le Daniel a New York. I stayed for 3 years in the Caribbean ( Saint Barthélémy ) and enjoyed the sun and vibe there so much, I’ve learned and progress in my way to be the private chef even myself i would like to hire. Taste and and execution, refined with passion.
