I like to cook in a bistro style. Seasonal produce and dynamic dishes presented in an approachable fashion that allows the food to speak for itself. A great love for seafood and game meats such as duck, lamb, and rabbit. Very knowledgeable and experienced in French and Italian cuisine.
Experience
Raised on the southern coast of California, I have spent lots of time travelling in Central and Western Europe exposing myself to ingredients and cooking styles, and have lived and worked at a variety of upscale establishments in New York City and Montreal for many years.
