My name is Raymond. I Graduated from one of the top culinary school Johnson and Wales University in Miami Florida. I also was an R.A. In college am very clean and neat person. Am creative in kitchen with great cooking and sanitation skills. Have a bachelors degree in Food and Beverage and Restaurant Mgt. I am also a Chef of souhtern cuisines and more!!!Am willing to cook to your taste. Am experienced in cooking healthy southern dishes and different cuisines. I have been cooking for over 20 yrs and have a great pilite. Am very open minded to trying new things. Can follow recipes and make own as well.I am very reliable am available part time 3-4 hrs a day 3-4 days a week. Am willing to do small catering as well for @ least 40 people.
