Bringing modernity to the classics

My methodology is classic with a modern twist. I also enjoy preparing food from different cultures. I only use organic locally sourced proteins and produce. Seed to table or even farm to table. Because of this the menu is constantly rotating.

Food has been a passion of mine since conception. Being able to share that I love and passion with guests and clients alike is a blessing. I have been trained in culinary arts through Francis Tuttle (2013), where I mastered many techniques, through trial and error. I have been in the industry since, doing everything from comfort foods to classical French.
