Culinary Freedom

Over the years I have learned to create dishes from all over the globe.

From my days as a student at Johnson & Wales University I always knew food would become a huge inspiration in my life, its more then just food, its an experience to share with the people around you. I have been cooking for almost 10 years now working in many different kitchens (quick service, fine dining, a la carte, hotel banquets, buffets, etc.). Most of my experience comes from working in resorts and competing in different food competitions around the nation( Kansas city American Royal, Dr. Brownstones Luv Luv festival, Springhouse classic.) I have worked/trained with many well respected chefs from around the world and I take all of the concepts that I have learned over the years and make it my own. Everyday I continue to pursue new concepts/dishes to create the perfect dish.
