When it comes to cooking, I try to bring my clients on a journey. Eating, for me, is not just about putting food in your mouth - it is an experience. I pride myself on attention to details with each recipe I develop. Fresh, beautiful ingredients are the core to my cooking. I take the time to source my ingredients, and do not believe that any old thing will do. I have traveled the world multiple times and like to incorporate my travels into my cooking.

I have worked in several facets of the culinary industry: Restaurants, TV Production, Teaching and most recently as a Private Chef, where I have been lucky enough to cook around the world.
