I have 5 years in a high volume fine dining kitchen. I have done everything from dishwasher to Grill Master and Culinary Professional. I also have some management training. I was working on my Culinary Management degree at Valencia Community College, but sadly had to stop due to low funds; but that doesn't take away from my experience.
