I can cook everything Italian, from the appetizers to the desserts. I am can cook some Indian and asiatic meals, but Italian dishes are the ones in which I excel.

I am Italian and I moved in Usa only five years ago. I speak English, but I have an accent!! I am a professional chef graduate in the Italian chef academy. I worked for the Joyful Kitchen in Las Vegas where I gave cooking lessons to children and adults. In Italy I am also a psychologist and teacher.
