I like to try new techniques while making sure to keep the food delicious and appealing. I studied sustainability so I am big into health conscious cuisine including vegan foods, meat minimalist plates, and farm to table desserts.
Experience
I went to Johnson and Wales University in Providence Rhode Island for culinary arts and have worked in multiple locations around Massachusetts and Rhode Island. I currently work at the Riviera Country Club.
