I can cook any type of food because I know my cooking techniques well enough to execute them on any dish. I enjoy making vegetables taste good. Salads are fun to make because they are so versatile. I love making soups. My flavor profile is very good, i make sure to taste everything so that it is exciting to eat.

I have an Associates Degree in Culinary Arts. I have 2 years experience working for café's and restaurants. I am currently a line cook at the White Horse Lounge in Pasadena.
