I have more than 25 years of progressive experience in the cooking field, I have developed a passion for my profession and a constant desire to learn new techniques and cuisines. I have worked in various settings, from family-owned restaurants to high-volume concepts to fine dining establishments, training and leading teams, developing and executing recipes, managing costs and budgets, and operating and maintaining equipment. I enjoy creating without restrictions and meeting the dietary and preferences of my clients. My goal is to deliver exceptional culinary experiences and hospitality that exceed expectations.
