My taste in food is eclectic with a specialty in plant-based whole foods I perfected my skill over the years as the Head Chef at Zen several retreats in the country. My education combines my knowledge and passion with the abundance of fresh local ingredients to create food is that is meticulously prepared, plated and presented.
