Uncomplicated and true. We are a team of actual food service veterans with progressive experience in all kinds of establishments. We don't get hung up on the fluff, we deliver flavorful, well presented food without overcomplicating the process. We respect the product and the process, we know how to manipulate ingredients to make them shine or accent.

I am a passionate professional chef with more than 20 years of progressive culinary training, I graduated from culinary school in 2005 and have held just about every position in the kitchen on my way to becoming an Executive Chef. I have owned my own business, helped open restaurants, worked for the world's largest and second largest food service company and 5 star hotels. I have had the privilege of having cooked at events and establishments in which celebrities were in attendance including, former first lady Michelle Obama. Sports stars such as Troy Aikman, Charles Barkley, the 2001 World Series Champion Arizona Diamondbacks, the Chicago Cubs and San Francisco Giants among others.
