My cooking style is whatever sounds good. I love making soul food, Italian food and everything in between.

I have worked my way through the kitchen for the last 2 years. I started as a salad and prep person and have worked fry stations, sauté, a little grill, and pizza/Flatbreads. Starting out in what could have been considered fast food where almost nothing was prepared in house and now in a high end restaurant where 95% of thrones menu is from scratch. I attended Le Cordon Bleu where I learned basic cooking skills and knowledge only to realize I was learning more in a professional kitchen.
