Plant-Based Therapeutic Foods. I specialize in plant-based food preparation and can accommodate menus for those with food allergies (e.g. gluten-free, dairy-free,) and/or health related conditions (e.g. low glycemic for persons with diabetes and/or low to no sodium for persons with high blood pressure, heart disease, kidney disease, etc.) as well as anti-inflammatory diets and diets for weight loss. I can also prepare no oil foods.
