I love bold flavors. I love simple flavours. Everything has a time and a place. If you pay attention to the mood of the occasion and the season, culinary euphoria is a possibility. I want to make you remember what you ate. I want to push you to the limit but never ever be offensive. You will remember what I cooked for you. If this sounds corny, It's not meant to be, it's meant to be the truth.

Former corporate chef in Philadelphia. Left the buiness to start my own company. Still love to cook immensely. I worked everywhere between fine dining restaurants and breweries. Pairing beer with food is one of my specialties. But I'm not shulb pairing with wines either. I'm Italian so I got that in the bag but I love Mexican food more than you'll ever know. Traveled to San Francisco, New York, Chicago and have been around the country trying some of the best food around.
