I can cook any style but I excell in modern upscale American cuisine, sausage making, wood fired pizzas and sous vide cooking.

I’m very down to earth and very professional. I dress the part and have experiences in high volume kitchens and have worked for top chefs such as Brian Voltaggio. Whatever style you’re looking for, I believe in simplicity and quality, good ingredients. I can cater large parties or plan a meal for 2 or more for any occasion. I have a portable oven that can reach tempuatures of 932F. For searing steaks or Neapolitan style pizzas and I practice sous vide cooking for delicate, perfectly cooked proteins and vegetables, as well as desserts. I am 32 and my palate and food style is trendy and relevant to modern cuisine. I have well rounded 17 years of experience and access to a full kitchen as well as all the tools needed to cook ANY meal/cuisine. I can cook and plate, clean up a 7 course tasting menu, or pair it with beer or wine. I do beer pairing dinners for 50 people every month at my other job. I love to impress and see the look on people’s faces when they taste my food, it's the greatest reward.
