My cooking style has a diversity of thoughts, flavours and cultures. I use traditional methods and have a modern vision of presentation.

Grew up in the hospitality world, learning from my parents and working with them for more than 5 years, I decided to study culinary Art in Spain, Cambrils and after that I move to California. I worked in San Diego for a year with a French Chef, I then moved back to spain and worked for a Mediterranean Chef for 3 years and now I came back to California and started participating on some new openings, just helping some friends open a new restaurant.
