Brie like the cheese

My cooking is all about comfort, I feel that food should remind you of a memory or be so delicious that you can't wait to have it again. I love woking with cheese, fresh herds and all kinds of different proteins. I don't focus on just one kind of cooking I'm all about fusion and trying new things.

Started cooking very young, went to culinary school, worked as a chef at whole foods market, now work as head chef at an assisted living center, cook for small parties and family functions.
