Farm to fork

My cooking style being that I’m in the Northern California valley, has adapted me to become a farm to fork chef. I have been lucky enough to train under talented chefs in many cuisine styles and feel very comfortable cooking authentic food.

I have been in restaurants for 13 years. I studied culinary arts and nutrition, and have worked every position in the kitchen. I’ve helped with many restaurant startups and specialize in menu development for any dietary type. I have 3 catering companies and am a personal chef in the Sacramento area. Cheers!
