I have a mixture of classing cooking technique, with a flair for experimentation.

I have been cooking since I was a child, and having trained chefs around me my whole life, i.e, my mother, several close friends in many cities. Until recently, my professional work experience was mainly preparatory in nature, however, I have been subjecting my friends to my cooking for 15 years, with the only complaint being 'it was too spicy James.' Currently, I have been working at a fine dining restaurant as prep and line cook.
