I focus on all made from scratch items, down to mayonnaise and infusing my own cooking oils. Italian-American fusion is one of my favorite styles to cook, I love butchering whole animals and making all the cuts myself. While I use many ingredients, I am a minimalist in the kitchen, I don't like fancy kitchen gadgets and added unnecessary products in my kitchen.

I've been cooking professionally for 15 years, owned a successful restaurant in Saint Petersburg for several years fusing classic American dishes with modern elements. I run a successful catering business as of now along with an organic coffee roaster.
