My style is dictated by the mouths I'm making happy. I am well rounded and versed in most ethnic dishes and also have extensive knowledge of dietary restrictions or preferences. I can make everything delicious from classic American fare to Italian, to Asian, to Mediterranean. But it doesn't stop there. I love a challenge and to push my skills and always gaining new knowledge.

I have been in the food service industry for 23 years. I've worked every aspect of the business working my way from fast food and dishwashing to line cook, dining service director, and now executive chef of a resort.
