My cooking style combines both my Jewish and Italian roots with a focus on seasonal nutrient-dense ingredients. While I love to serve family-style and indulgent meals, I also have a lot of experience creating gluten-free and dairy-free menus and I'm comfortable working around any dietary restrictions.
Experience
I am a professional chef with 5 years of experience in the culinary world. I studied at the Institute of Culinary Education in New York City as well as the Lorenzo de' Medici Institute in Florence, Italy. I spent a year working at Alex Guarnaschelli's famed New York restaurant, Butter, before switching over to private cooking for clients scattered throughout Manhattan and the Hamptons.
