Very much refined technique influenced by French techniques but heavily flavored by Asian and Latin cuisine. Fusion and the marriage of many flavors and textures is my style of cooking, clear influences while also being something different and delicious!
Experience
Born and raised in the Central Valley, I've always appreciated the visceral nature of food. Striving to provide my clients with memorable and unique culinary experiences. I started in kitchens at 15 years old washing dishes and working my way up. I graduated from Le Cordon Bleu in 2008 and have spent the last 15 years since graduation learning and growing in kitchens throughout Los Angeles and San Diego. Now I look to bring my knowledge and passion for food and an amazing culinary experience to your home!
