I source all fresh, organic produce as well as pure acai in order to make the highest quality smoothies and smoothie bowls. As an Ecuadorian immigrant, I am passionate about including traditional Ecuadorian influences, such as ancient grains like quinoa and amaranth and tropical flavors in both my sweet and savory bowls. My goal is to serve people visually pleasing, healthy and quick plant based foods. I like to elevate simple dishes such as avocado toasts and grain bowls to surprise and delight my customers.

I have been running a food truck in the Bay Area for the last ten years. We cater to offices of all sizes, do big music festivals such as Outsidelands, as well as small neighborhood and personal events. I am passionate about providing people with whole, plant based food options in a quick and fun food truck style.
