Born and raised in Skagit Valley, Dante Martinez is intimate with local farms and produce. Trained by James Beard award winning Chef David Day, Chef Dante has spent 20 years in the kitchen working his way through the ranks, starting as dish, going to chef, the kitchen is his home and the crew his family. Chef Dante is passionate for good food and beautiful plating, combining classic comfort foods with modernist preparations. Chef Dante is currently a student of Harvard's Food and Science curriculum.
