Cooking style
My cooking style is rustic but I focus mainly on flavor. I know rustic is a general description but if I'm cooking for someone besides myself I like to take in my clients thoughts, ideas, their pallete, and what they like and work a menu from that. Communication is important to me when it comes to food. I want everyone to enjoy every bite and end the meal with a smile on their faces.
Experience
Im 25 years old but have been cooking since I was 7. I attended culinary school in Baltimore, Maryland at Baltimore International College. I graduated with my Bachelor's Degree in Professional Culinary Arts with a minor in Baking and Pastry, as well as doing a semester overseas in Ireland with the sister school to BIC. I'm currently a corporate chef for GlaxoSmithKline executives, CEO's, visitors from overseas, etc working on my 5th year with the company.
