Barbecue and Smoked Meats are typical in my catering endeavors, however I am not shy to branch out. I enjoy prepping to serve a crowd, or firing up the kitchen for short order items, on special occasions for friends.

I have food truck experience as well as a short stint at Chipotle. I also enjoy catering to friends and family gatherings in my spare time. Saturday mornings I help prepare and serve a free breakfast at my church for anyone in need. Willing to try and learn anything I can.
