My journeys to Mexico, Peru, Spain, Taiwan, Turkey, Japan, and Thailand have further inspired my culinary creativity and I have added dishes such as Thai Curry decorated and infused with freshly ground herbs, Oaxacan molé, and authentic Chinese scallion pancakes to my extensive global repertoire. I also bring fresh herbs from my garden to add freshness to your dinner! I look forward to cook for you and your party!
