I have a more rustic style, and i enjoy making large quantities of food opposed to small dishes.

I have a worked at a local, family owned mexican restaurant for the past 10 years, which is also how I decided to start everything. I pursued to become a chef about 5 years into being a cook and am still expanding on that.
