I have been working in the industry for over 10 years. I have won a cooking competition on Food Network called Food Truck Face Off (S:1E:8). Since then I have worked in Food Trucks, Restaurants, Catering services and even opened my own private chef business. I love to cook and I'm always open to changing a recipe for taste preferences.
