Darn tasty food!

I like making food from scratch with organic locally sourced ingredients. I take influence from mexican, Thai, Japanese, Korean, American South, and European cuisines. I also have a few spledid vegan vegitarian dishes up my sleeve. I take pride in creating and recreating dishes with full and balanced flavors, just like many of our mother's used to make. I am very simple and free with my cooking avoiding pretentious techniques and presentation, allowing me to focus on building flavors and creating food that is just plain comforting and good.

I have worked in the culinary industry for over 20 years. Spending most of my career in a gastropub like environment.
