I love fusing different cultural foods with each other but my main style is southern cooking mixed with the islands.

I've been cooking for years but didn't get serious about it until after I retired from the military. I've worked w/Chef Amadeus a couple of times in Seattle,Wa doing private dinners at the beginning of my journey. I also worked for Campus Cook at a sorority house in Seattle for a little while until I started classes for my Bachelors in Hospilitality Management, Minor Baking & Pastry Arts. Since then I have opened up my own business.
