I make everything fresh, with quality ingredients and love. My passion is pasta, and I do not limit it to Italian or classic cuisine. I love mixing different flavors into the pasta dough to find new flavor combinations.

I've been cooking professionally for 23 years. I've done everything from cafeteria to fine dining, and currently working as a banquet chef in a high-end conference center.
