Experience
I am a product of the south. Growing up in and around Charleston, South Carolina, one of the best food cities in the world, I was mesmerized and heavily influenced by its international history and relationship to food. I have been cooking for over 30 years, from Cape Cod to the Florida Keys. I have prepared dinners on multiple occasions for the James Beard foundation at the James Beard House, NY. I have also worked as a corporate Chef for the prestigious Master's golf tournament for 26 years.
