Hot Sour Bitter Salty Sweet

Love very bright flavors with a lot of color. I love sexy food but art should never trump taste or texture. Noodles, ramen, pho, sushi, ceviches, rice, canapés... any kind of fresh pickles or cured vegetable. I love real salsa picante, celebrating barbecue all over the world. My cup is full because it is empty and I am always learning with the heart of a child.

I started from the bottom in 1992 and have been running restaurants and working as a Chef since 2000. I have trained or worked about every style including private clubs and hotels.
