Southern Cooking with a Modern Touch

I am a young, southern Virginian cook but I love southwestern, and Italian style cuisine as well.

I am twenty four years old, with a wife and two young daughters who I cook for every day. At the age of nineteen I was an Apple National Elite Trainer for TSI and spent time as a chef at Brookedale. I have worked with numerous restaurants on developing their training styles and procedures. Right now, I work full time as a HOH Certified Trainer for Chili's. I am very educated about food safety and food cooking standards. Most importantly, I clean just as good as I cook and my culinary style is influenced by a wide array of experiences.
