My cooking style is modern Irish and Italian cuisine. I also have experience with BBQ and modern French cooking (ex: Sous Vide). I have some formal training in classic French cooking techniques and try to incorporate that into my food.

I have worked in the restaurant industry for a total of 15 years. I currently own my own food truck, The Melting Truck. I have operated the Melting Truck for 4 years. I have been cooking since I was older enough to learn. I love cooking and strive to always learn new skills. I will try almost anything. I love to experiment with new styles and cooking techniques.
