Cooking style
All types of cuisine, especially Indian food, oriental food, southern food and contemporary American. I grew up Cajun Southern cuisine but I've learned other forms of cooking such as French, Italian and Middle Eastern cuisine.
Experience
I have been an executive chef for over 18 years now. I started off as a server bartender, then went on to back of the house meat-cutting prep line. Work the hotline cold line basically all stations. Also Saucier Grill then became a supervisor. Then basically moved up from there to sous chef to my current position as executive chef.
