Sophisticated Southern Cuisine

My cooking style is fresh, approachable, one of a kind, and yet familiar. With the influence of my parents and grand parents I tend to lean towards the Southern Style, Tex-Mex, and Caribbean (I picked up some great tricks and recipes in San Juan).

Professionally trained at the Culinary Institute of America. I have cooked in San Juan, New York City, Wilmington, NC, Miami, FL, and various other large cities. I have been able to hone my skills and focus on a cuisine that speaks to me. I grew up with parents and grand parents who loved to cook and this really have influenced me. I am able to accommodate multiple dietary restrictions from vegan to gluten free to paleo. I am even able to accommodate Kosher style preparation, while I do not have a Kosher kitchen I am educated and experienced in Kosher meal preparation. Feel confident I will approach each dietary need or allergy with extreme caution. Additionally I have experience with many cooking styles, do not feel limited to my current postings of menu items (they are growing daily), or cooking style. I have the knowledge and the skill base to create a dining experience you will remember!
