I have cooked a wide range of ethnic foods, from Italian, to Hawaiian, Japanese, Chinese, Southern, Creole, Thai, American, I could go on... and if there's anything I don't know I'm willing to learn.

Hi my name is Alicia, born and raised in Hawaii, daughter of an award winning executive Chef. Growing up in the islands, we live to eat. I am experienced in many diverse ethnic foods. I am currently working in the catering business, and would love to expand and work independently to further my chef career.
