I have extensive experienced in preparing, marinating, grilling and smoking beef, pork & fish, experience with game meats as well. Sonoran cuisine is my passion, green and red salsas, I buy Rancho Gordo beans to serve. Mediterranean salads, swarmas, hummus, and tabbouleh. I love to cook Thai & Indian as well. Pan frying with high quality tallows, butter, and cold salads with dressings made from high quality olive oil. I like to cook traditional Americana cuisine. Available Sunday - Thursday.
