I have worked for Top Chef Winner Harold Dieterle, Top Chef Masters Contestant Sue Zemanick, Chopped contestants Brandon Green and Juan Carlos Gonzalez. I have a big personality and enormous talent. I love food and feeding people.

I specialize in whatever you want or need to eat. Being classically trained, I have a deep appreciation for the technical.
