Modern American base. Heavily influenced by Italian/Mexican/American cuisines. I have a strong background in Irish-American cuisine as well.

Food has been my life. From the early beginnings as a dishwasher working my way through the ranks up to Executive Chef. I am currently a lead chef with a very large, farm to table, catering company in the Napa-Sonoma region.
