Chef Freda went beyond anything we could imagine. She helped us celebrate our mother’s 90th birthday in grand style. From the appetizers to the main course to dessert, every mouthful was exquisite. Her preparation, presentation and thoughtful menu were superb. The menu included crab cakes with avocado relish and asparagus, the surf and turf main course included lobster tail, filet, and shrimp; salad was fresh and light, and the dessert was rich and luscious.
